PLEASE READ THIS POLICY CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE APP. BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, ACCESSING, OR USING THE APP, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS POLICY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS POLICY, PLEASE DO NOT USE THE APP.
1. Account Registration and Security

2. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to engage in the following activities:
2.1 Illegal and Prohibited Conduct:
Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
Upload, post, transmit, or share any content that is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, harassing, violent, promotes terrorism, constitutes illegal gambling, or is discriminatory or invasive of another's privacy.
Infringe upon the intellectual property rights, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights of any party.
2.2 Technical Misconduct:
Attempt to decipher, decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble any part of the App, or interfere with the operation of the App or its servers/networks.
Introduce viruses, Trojan horses, worms, or other malicious code.
Engage in any activity that places an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure.
2.3 Commercial Use:
Use the App for any commercial solicitation or to send spam or unsolicited messages without our prior written consent.
Engage in any data mining, scraping, or similar data gathering or extraction methods without our authorization.
3. User-Generated Content
3.1 Ownership: You retain ownership of any content you create, post, or share through the App (e.g., text, images, videos; "User Content").
3.2 License to Us: To operate and promote the App, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, and display your User Content. This license terminates within a reasonable time after you remove the content or delete your account.
3.3 Your Responsibility: You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to your User Content and that it does not violate any law or infringe any third-party rights. You are solely responsible for your User Content.
4. Intellectual Property
The App, including its source code, database, software, designs, graphics, logos, text, and all other content, is the property of ECPLUS (HK) LIMITED or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. This Policy does not grant you any license to our intellectual property.
5. Privacy and Data Protection
We value your privacy. Our practices regarding the collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal information are described in detail in our separate Privacy Policy. Please read our Privacy Policy carefully, as it is incorporated into this Policy by reference.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ECPLUS (HK) LIMITED, ITS AFFILIATES, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
8. Modifications to the Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time. We will do so by posting an updated version with a revised "Last Updated" date. We will use reasonable efforts to notify you of any material changes (e.g., via an in-app notification or email). YOUR CONTINUED USE OF THE APP AFTER SUCH CHANGES CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE NEW POLICY.
9. Termination
9.1 You may terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling it or deleting your account.
9.2 We may suspend or terminate your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach this Policy or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
10.1 Governing Law: This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10.2 Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from this Policy shall be first resolved through informal negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hong Kong.
